Les Pastras Summer Truffle Salt

This product comes from the small family-run Les Pastras farm in Provence, where the truffles are hunted using dogs, within their grove of oak trees. The salt comes the Carmargue, an area world renowned for it’s salt, particularly the Fleur de Sel. This is the layer of salt that rises to the top and is harvested by hand using age-old techniques. The Fleur de Sel in Les Pastras’ Truffle Salt has slight more moisture and minerality than many salts. When Les Pastras adds their truffles to the salt, magic is created.
