Q: Do you ship for free?

A: If an order is under 100 dollars, there will be a charge for shipping, calculated based on your location and package weight. If an order is 100 dollars or more and is delivered to a single address, then shipping will be free.

Q: How do you package your items?

A: All of the orders are packaged as if they were a gift to a loved one— even if it is just a gift to yourself. Just part of Aimee’s French Market experience.

Q: I’m qualified for free shipping and it’s showing a charge for shipping— how do I fix this?

A: Some people have been reporting a glitch with the shopping cart charging a high price for shipping— this is because the USPS changed their rates. If you’re being charged too much for shipping, email me and I can refund the shipping amount so that it is free on your end. Sorry for the inconvenience— hopefully, this glitch gets fixed soon!

Q: I know I’m not qualified for free shipping, but feel as if I’m being charged too much. Help?

A: If you think you are being charged too much, email me and I can give you an accurate shipping price and refund the difference if applicable.

Q: Do you allow returns?

A: I always want you to be satisfied with your trip and purchases. Items that are broken or damaged may be returned within 30 days for market credit and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
