The Ultimate Travel Gift Set
The Ultimate Travel Gift Set
I get asked more times than you can imagine what I bring on my travels. For shopping, packing, toiletries, etc. So you’ll be seeing some new gift sets appear with these travel themes. But this first one is all about keeping a sane mind and a little luxury when you arrive. These are all products I travel with myself!
This set includes:
One thing I always travel with, no matter how little space I may have left — a travel candle and matches. I always try to book a room with a bathtub or big steamy shower for our first night. I light a candle, turn off the lights and let the noise of the airport, airplane and the people leave my mind. In this case you get a candle hand made in Normandy (scents vary between caramel, madeleine cookie or apple). And a small box of matches with a French tapestry design. [Be sure to check with hotels to make sure they allow open flame candles]
And what is a relaxing bath without a little “je ne sais quoi” for the tub? In this case, a handmade lavender bath bomb by Potager Soap Co.
A small spray bottle of Poo-Pourri for when you are sharing a bathroom on your adventures. (Scents will vary).
A beautiful lined-journal in an old French design.
A water-expanding towelette for use in a pinch. Sometimes you just need to run a wet cloth over your face and hands while you are on the go and this one is larger than most. (1-2 uses).
2 small shortbread cookies from Cafe Richard in Paris. I always find having a little bite of something can help solve (m)any travel issues that may come up or when you can’t find a snack before your next meal.
A blank gift card to make your gift complete (or tell your friends au revoir when you leave. ;) “Have Suitcase, Will Travel”
All wrapped up a beautiful green toile travel bag from French company “De La Mur”
